Job summary

Sodexo Group in Winnipeg is seeking a part-time dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and event spaces. You will support kitchen staff, manage waste, and ensure equipment is clean while adhering to HACCP and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen, banquets and restaurant areas.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Assist kitchen staff with preparations and organization.
• Properly sort and dispose of waste and recyclables.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and other kitchen items.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (HACCP Kitchen).
• Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to supervisors.
• Assist with catering functions and events as needed; assist banquet porters for setup and teardown.
• Attend training programs (classroom and virtual) as designated.
• Attend allergy and foodborne illness in-service training as required.
• Comply with Sodexo HACCP policies and procedures.
• Participates in safety meetings and hazard assessments.

The part time dishwashers responsibilities are:
