Pursuit Collection Jasper in Jasper, AB is seeking a Dishwasher Prep Cook for the Jasper Skytram. The role is full-time seasonal during Spring/Summer 2026, with a starting wage of $19.00 per hour.
You will oversee dishwashing, assist line cooks, keep kitchen clean, and work in a fast-paced environment outdoors in varied weather. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all dishwashing needs including; sorting, pre-washing, providing pre-soak solution and bins, loading and unloading dishwasher, proper storage of flatware, glassware, plateware and kitchen utensils and cooking ware
- Clean kitchen equipment; sinks, stoves, fridges, etc
- Ensure floor is clean and dry at all times
- Remove garbage and recycling to appropriate bins when needed
- Unload pop, food and other items and carry to proper storage areas as assigned
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
- During non-dishwashing duty periods, may be assigned to support the line cook team in any food prep or line production required
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
- Other duties as assigned
