Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, cookware, utensils and cutlery using the proper equipment.
• Ensure dishwashing equipment reaches the required heat settings as per health standards.
• Clean and sterilize food preparation surfaces at the end of the shift.
• Store cleaned items in their designated places.
• Set aside space for dishes awaiting cleaning.
• Dispose of kitchen waste appropriately.
• Keep the kitchen area clean and well organized.
• Comply with all health and safety policies and requirements.
