What will be your daily pursuit?
Your daily pursuit is upholding cleanliness and safety in our kitchen, ensuring dishware and cookware are spotless and ready for use.

The starting salary for this position is $18.00.

What will you do in this job?

1. Oversee and manage all dishwashing needs including; sorting, pre-washing, providing pre-soak solution and bins, loading and unloading dishwasher, proper storage of flatware, glassware, plateware and kitchen utensils and cooking ware.
2. Clean kitchen equipment; sinks, stoves, fridges, etc.
3. Ensure floor is clean and dry at all times.
4. Remove garbage and recycling to appropriate bins when needed.
5. Unload pop, food and other items and carry to proper storage areas as assigned.
6. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
7. During non-dishwashing duty periods, may be assigned to support the line cook team in any food prep or line production required.
8. Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.
9. Other duties as assigned.
