Job summary

Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality in Toronto is seeking a dedicated dishwasher for our Arcadian Court and Arcadian Loft venues. Under the Back of House Management Team, you will clean and store dishes, glassware, utensils and pots while keeping the dish area organized and sanitary.

You will operate dishwashers, wash and polish glassware, assist in stocking supplies, handle cleaning products safely, and participate in general dish area maintenance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dishwasher role or similar environment is an asset.
• Ability to take direction and remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Must be able to stand 100% of the shift.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashers efficiently.
• Wash glassware and flatware.
• Polish all glassware and flatware.
• Clean and sanitize dishwasher mats, dish carts and dish racks.
• Assist in receiving and stocking supplies/products.
• Safely handle and store cleaning products.
• General dish area maintenance including sweeping, mopping, organization and garbage removal.
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned

Job Description
