Job summary

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a casual Dishwasher at Aspira Quinte Gardens Retirement Living in Belleville, Ontario. The role supports daily dining operations, ensuring dishes, kitchen equipment, and work areas are clean and sanitary in a fast-paced environment.

This position operates on a Sunday–Saturday shift from 11:00am to 7:00pm with a competitive hourly wage. You will be part of a compassionate team focused on resident wellbeing, safety, and dignity, contributing to a culture that values

Qualifications

Grade 10 minimum education required.
Must have Smart Serve designation and one year experience in dining room service.
Proven customer service skills and excellent command of verbal and written English language.
Ability to work independently and/or as a member of a team.
Safe Food Handling Certification is preferred.
All applicants must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Records Check.
Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

Wash dishes, pots, glassware, and cutlery following established sanitation procedures.
Maintain kitchen and work areas in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition.
Receive, uncrate, and put away supplier deliveries as required.
Assist with other duties as assigned by the team leader.
