Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized dish washing station.
• Be able to foresee the needs and required dishes for a smooth flowing service.
• Conform to standard kitchen safety protocols.
• Have knowledge of the dishes and food being prepared and cooked in the kitchen.
• Maintain sanitary standards as set by Ontario Public Health.
• Assist in any basic duties and tasks requested by the Chef.
