Job summary

The University of Ottawa is seeking a part-time Teaching Assistant for the Discrete Structures course CSI2101 (Section A, EECS_ST). Work is in person at Main Campus during the Winter 2027 session, January 1 to April 30, with a total of 130 hours and a tiered hourly rate.

Undergraduate students are paid at the lower rate, graduates at the higher rate, with English as the working language. The position may require an interview and adherence to CUPE 2626 terms.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at University of Ottawa
• Preference for candidates who have taken and earned an A or better in related discrete structures courses
• English language work environment (In Person)

Responsibilities

• Mark, grade, calculate and record grades of students' work.
• Attend a TA workshop if necessary.
• Be ready for an interview if considered for this position.
