Job summary

Calgary Alternative Support Services (CASS) is seeking Disability Support Workers for multiple openings across Calgary, including community, residential, day program, and community link services. Qualifications

• Education in Human Services, Disability Studies, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• A satisfactory Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search.
• A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle for positions requiring travel.

Support individuals in structured day programming, promoting meaningful activities, skill development, community inclusion, and personal choice.

Community Link Supports

Provide individualized community-based support focused on participation, independence, relationship building, and achieving personal outcomes.

Schedules and hours vary by position. Current openings may include full-time, part-time, and relief opportunities, with a variety of weekday, evening, weekend, and other shift requirements depending on the assignment.
