We are aKaupapa Māori disability service, dedicated to supporting individuals (tāngata / tāngata whaiora) of all ethnicities who have intellectual impairments and / or mental health conditions. Our mission is to provide holistic, culturally aligned support that fostersindependence, confidence, and choice. With offices across Northland, Auckland, Waikato, and Christchurch, we deliverresidential, vocational, high and complex needs, and community support services.
About the Role
As aKaiawhina, you will play a vital role inempowering and supporting tāngatato lead fulfilling lives within their community. This includes providingdaily care, assisting with personal development, and ensuring a culturally safe environmentthat embraces tikanga Māori. You will contribute towellness, lifestyle, and organisational development, ensuring high-quality care and service delivery in alignment with our kaupapa Māori approach.
