Backfill contract position to support the ongoing management of permanent disability claims and ensure continued eligibility verification for claimants.
Manage and monitor permanent disability claims, obtain and review medical documentation, conduct claimant interviews, assess ongoing eligibility for benefits, maintain accurate claim records, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Structured onboarding program with approximately 3 weeks of training covering disability claims processes, systems, policies, procedures, and claim management practices.
Hybrid role with a combination of administrative and telephone-based responsibilities. The position involves frequent communication with claimants, physicians, case managers, and other stakeholders while also performing claim monitoring, documentation review, and record maintenance.
1.) Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal).
2.) Experience reviewing and evaluating medical documentation, disability claims, insurance claims, or healthcare-related information.
3.) Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Windows applications, and data/document management systems.
