A leading financial services organization is seeking a Disability Claims Analyst to adjudicate and manage disability claims. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. The role is available in the following provinces: Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Alberta, Manitoba, and Prince Edward Island.
As a Disability Claims Analyst, you will adjudicate and manage disability claims in a team-oriented, multi-disciplinary, and digital environment. Your responsibilities include ensuring claims are recertified and paid according to policy and procedures, while delivering superior client service. You will also apply risk management strategies impacting the company's financial results, reputation, regulatory compliance, client relationships, and business retention.
