We are seeking experienced Disability Case Managers to join a national insurance provider's Group Disability team. In this role, you will manage disability claims and support clients through their recovery and return-to-work journey.
Key Responsibilities :
Assess and manage short- and long-term disability claims
Develop recovery and return-to-work plans based on medical and functional assessments
Use clinical knowledge, data, and analytics to guide decisions
Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients, employers, and providers
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support recovery
Qualifications :
2 years of experience as a Disability Case Manager (insurance industry preferred)
Background in healthcare (e.g., nursing, OT, PT, mental health) or business
Strong emotional intelligence, case management, crisis intervention, and analytical skills
Digital literacy and comfort with multiple platforms
Bilingualism in French / English is an asset , not required
