Reporting to the Senior Director of BI and ERP, the Director of Wireless BI will lead external reporting and governance, along with analytics, around Wireless subscribers in addition to IBRO/IBNO management. The successful candidate will have an understanding of V21 data and a proven track record in leading change implementation.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Own the methodology/definitions for KPIs used for external wireless subscriber reporting and related metrics; work with key stakeholders for alignment as needed
  2. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all wireless BI reporting frameworks, recognizing its critical role in reliable decision-making, governance, and external subscriber reporting
  3. Communicate methodology, definitions and ensure alignment across organization where appropriate
  4. Provide regular updates to Directors and VP stakeholders
  5. Provide governance around subscriber and Postpaid IBRO framework and databases for all wireless teams
  6. Lead the design, development and rollout of Chatr IBNO framework and data for all wireless teams
  7. Drive the platform for 'one-source of the truth', working with cross-functional teams for alignment
  8. Establish methodology for new metrics or scope used in BI Tools, including alignment with Finance and cross-functional leaders
  9. Implement process improvements balancing business objectives, project costs, and timelines
  10. Identify opportunities for subscriber growth, revenue growth, and cost efficiencies

What you have:

  • Deep understanding of Rogers Wireless and Connected Home systems
  • 10+ years of experience in Wireless data analytics with knowledge of billing system source data (Postpaid and Prepaid)
  • Strong analytical skills to handle ambiguity and make sound decisions
  • Demonstrates Rogers values and leads by example
  • Results-oriented with integrity
  • Experience delivering large-scale cross-functional projects, balancing technical and business insights, and gaining team alignment
  • University Degree in data analytics, computer science, or related field
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure is a plus
  • Experience with Tableau or similar BI visualization tools
