Job Title: Director, Visual Production
Location: Canada (Remote/Hybrid)
Reports to: COO
Team: Visual Production & Delivery
Status: Full-time | Senior Level

Zonda is redefining the future of housing. We are the leading provider of data-driven solutions and innovative technology for the homebuilding industry. Our Virtual Reality & Architectural Visualization division creates stunning 3D renderings, interactive floor plans, animations, and immersive home tours that empower builders to sell homes faster and more effectively.

We’re looking for a Director of Visual Production to lead our global team responsible for producing immersive media—a suite of interactive and visual assets including VR360 tours, walkthroughs, interactive floor and site maps, 2D floor plans, renderings, and more.

You’ll oversee the full production lifecycle — ensuring seamless collaboration across team members in the U.S., Canada, and India. This includes driving workflow efficiencies, managing production capacity, and ensuring consistent delivery across internal teams and external vendors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead immersive media production from project intake through delivery—managing backlog, prioritization, production pipeline, and final output
  • Collaborate with team members in the U.S., Canada, and India to meet production timelines, quality standards, and client expectations
  • Formalize and communicate workflows and production processes to create efficiencies and alignment across all business units
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure production aligns with platform capabilities and evolving client needs
  • Manage vendor relationships for overflow work: assess capabilities, negotiate scope, and monitor performance
  • Own and optimize asset storage, digital content, and production pipeline
  • Utilize project management tools like Basecamp, Trello, or Asana to track progress and ensure alignment
  • Monitor production metrics and capacity to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain accountability for quality assurance, service level agreements, and on-time delivery
  • Maintain a stimulating production environment for content creators.

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years in visual production or creative operations, preferably with experience in immersive media or architectural visualization
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional and global teams
  • High technical aptitude and experience with IT infrastructure, and digital asset workflows, including basic knowledge of content creation software. (Autocad, 3dsmax, Unreal, Adobe suite of products)
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments, especially with engineering, product, and sales
  • Comfortable working with international teams and vendors, especially in India
  • Familiarity with VR, 3D rendering, or real estate visualization is a plus
  • Experience in homebuilding, prop-tech, or real estate industries strongly preferred
