Job summary

Ubisoft Montréal is seeking a Production Director - Services to lead the graphics production team and oversee delivery of visual production services, including key art, thumbnails, codex assets, and style guides. You will define mission and roadmaps, establish processes, and align with production priorities across projects.

You will mentor managers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure quality, timelines, and budget adherence while enhancing workflows and tools across the department.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams within a production or creative services environment.
• Knowledge of visual production pipelines and content delivery workflows.
• Understanding of graphic production deliverables such as key art, style guides, and promotional assets.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities across complex production schedules.

• Improve and maintain workflows, production tools, and collaboration practices with internal partners.
• Support and mentor managers within the department while contributing to team structure and resource planning.
