Job summary

DM Lyons Consulting is seeking a Director of Total Rewards, HR Transformation & Technology to lead a broad modernization agenda across rewards, data and HR systems. You will guide multi‑discipline programs from design to adoption, ensuring business value and sustainable improvements.

The role requires senior HR leadership experience, strong program-management discipline and a track record in large-scale transformations that integrate people, technology and data.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience spanning Total Rewards, HR transformation, HR technology, program or project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise HR transformation initiatives from planning and design through implementation and benefits realization.
• Translate HR strategy into roadmaps, workstreams and measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance covering scope, milestones, resources, risks and success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, Technology, Finance and Operations.
• Institute program-management practices and executive-level visibility across HR initiatives.
• Drive adoption with stakeholder engagement, training and change-management planning.
