To support our growth and strategic objectives, KPI Digital is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy, passionate professional with the following skills and experience:

  • 10+ years of experience delivering projects in Analytics, Data Integration, Advanced Analytics, Big Data, and Cloud Migration.
  • Deep expertise in data strategy, architecture, governance, cloud architecture, Big Data, reporting, and visualization.
  • Experience in the Manufacturing sector is a major asset.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Cloud platform environment is a major asset.
  • Experience managing medium to large projects, focusing on value delivery and project profitability.
  • Strong business strategy and execution skills, with experience managing PS income statements (revenue, expenses, profit).
  • Leadership skills, including building and motivating skilled teams of consultants.
  • Ability to adapt to high levels of change.
  • Experience delivering innovative solutions enabled by AI, ML, DL, Optimization, and other advanced technologies.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
  • People management expertise, including developing technical talent.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with senior technical and business decision-makers as a strategic advisor.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to client sites.
  • University Degree.
  • Experience working with mid-market and large companies in Quebec and North America.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French.
  • Strong ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies and solutions.

Candidate Responsibilities include:

  • Formulating and executing strategy and operational responsibilities.
  • Defining and executing customer and project success strategies.
  • Maintaining existing customer relationships and developing upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Leading project kick-offs, steering committees, and status meetings.
  • Ensuring project quality and customer satisfaction, following KPI Digital best practices.
  • Managing escalations related to customer satisfaction and project quality.
  • Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Fostering collaboration with business partners.

Support for Pre-sales & Sales:

  • Acting as a subject-matter expert on implementation methodologies and success factors.
  • Supporting pre-sales presentations, workshops, and assessments.
  • Aligning with the team on solution offerings.

Internal HR and Team Development:

  • Attracting and retaining new analytics talent through industry reputation.
  • Streamlining resource allocation across projects.
  • Mentoring and guiding analytics consultants.
  • Participating in strategic planning to maximize team efficiency and skill development.
