Job description

15-month fixed-term contract – Quebec City

As the Director of Talent & Culture, you will play a central role in planning, implementing, and monitoring innovative HR initiatives. You will lead projects that have a direct impact on organizational development, change management, HR program implementation, and enhancing the employee experience.

You will act as a strategic partner to internal teams, helping to evolve our HR practices in a constantly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic HR projects related to culture, organizational development, change management, and the evolution of HR programs.
  • Ensure effective change management and secure buy-in from the teams involved.
  • Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of HR programs, in collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Support the Chief Human Resources Officer in implementing key strategic initiatives.
  • Support managers in strengthening their talent management skills and HR practices.
  • Work closely with various centers of expertise to ensure strategic alignment and coherence across projects.
  • Design, recommend, and implement innovative initiatives tailored to team needs and organizational priorities.
  • Monitor HR performance indicators related to projects and produce the required analyses.

Desired Profile

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of significant experience in Human Resources in strategic roles focused on HR project management, transformation, and organizational development.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of organizational culture and employee engagement drivers.
  • Proven skills in communication, cross-functional collaboration, and influence management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English to collaborate with all organizational stakeholders.
