• Lead, coach, and develop PXPs to deliver strategic and consistent support.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into people initiatives.
• Provide strategic oversight on complex employee relations matters and risk management.
• Drive enterprise people programs and ensure policy consistency across the organization.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and foster an engaging employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop PXPs to deliver strategic and consistent support across the organization.
• Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into actionable people initiatives.
• Influence organizational decisions with insights on talent and culture.
• Promote early resolution of workplace concerns through coaching and mediation.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk to mitigate risk and support sound decisions.
