The Director must have a deep understanding of our industry, company, and the partner ecosystem landscape, along with the ability to lead a team in complex financial analysis and business modeling. Building and maintaining strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders is essential.

  2. Lead a partnerships team to identify, select, finalize, and operationalize commercial agreements with new technology partners that meet quality, commercial, and technical standards.
  3. Manage the performance of existing technology partnerships concerning bookings, revenue, GM targets, and KPIs.
  4. Collaborate internally and externally to ensure seamless integration of partner solutions into PointClickCare’s product and commercial strategies.
  5. Ensure solutions meet or exceed customer expectations, with appropriate partner participation.
  6. Oversee go-to-market strategies for partner-powered solutions, ensuring smooth integration into the company's core platforms.
  7. Monitor market trends and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Math; MBA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sourcing, vetting, and managing technology partnerships, business development, or related fields.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and opportunity modeling capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence at the executive level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

The salary range for this position is $144,000 - $160,000 per year, plus bonus or commission, equity, and benefits. Compensation is determined by skills, experience, and location, within the specified range.
