Strathcona Solutions Inc. is seeking a Strategic Engagement Director to enhance business development efforts in the Microsoft ecosystem while building client relationships. This role offers an entrepreneurial culture with significant opportunities for growth, certification support, and a flexible hybrid work model.
We’re looking for a Strategic Engagement Director who is hungry for growth—both in sales performance and professional influence.
This senior role is designed for someone with Microsoft ecosystem experience who thrives in a lean, high-trust environment where their voice is heard, and decisions move quickly.
Our primary focus is new business development across strategic sectors. You’ll also support account relationships, ensuring continuity and helping us scale our presence within key client organizations.
The person in this role reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with SSI’s principal consultants and delivery leads.

This role offers a flexible, hybrid work model. Team members may work from home, on-site with clients, or from our office in Regina, Saskatchewan. While much of our work is delivered remotely, some client-facing activities—such as workshops, planning sessions, or check-in meetings—may require in-person participation based on the client and the phase of the project.
