The Strategic Business Transformation Team (SBT) rolls-up under the CFO leadership and serves Bell corporate-wide. We are a diverse team of strategists, internal advisors, facilitators, and momentum-drivers. The Director will design and drive large, complex, cross-functional transformation programs that align with Bell’s strategic priorities. This role is critical in identifying and prioritizing opportunities and delivery of strategic solutions to support operating model and process transformation.
SBT offers a dynamic, fast-paced, and exciting environment with unique exposure to a wide range of Bell business units. Working within a high-performance area of the organization, the team provides opportunities for skill development, career advancement, and the chance to bring many of Bell’s most impactful initiatives to life.The Director will leverage methodologies like continuous improvement, BPM, and lean management to deliver measurable value and sustainable improvements. The Director will collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and achieve the desired outcome
Reporting directly to the SVP, Strategic Business Transformation, the Director’s primary responsibilities will be to:
