Job summary

Groupe Nordik Inc. is seeking a Director of Software Development & Enterprise Applications to lead all applications, including ERP, CRM and HR platforms, and to drive a modernization roadmap.

You will guide a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with external partners to implement AI-enabled solutions across the tech stack. You will transform the technology vision into actionable roadmaps, oversee architecture, security, and governance, and ensure reliable delivery that supports the growth of

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, software engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Progressive experience delivering business-critical applications and managing managers or multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with application modernization, systems integration and managing internal teams alongside external suppliers.
• Experience using AI to improve development, testing or delivery, with measurable results.
• Bilingual (French and English) at professional level.
• Experience with transactional systems in hospitality/retail/multi-site operations, with ERP/CRM/HR platforms or EOS model.

Responsibilities

• Lead all of Groupe Nordik's applications, including in-house solutions and ERP/CRM/HR platforms.
• Turn technology vision into a concrete roadmap with quarterly priorities and owners.
• Lead Product Ownership, Business Analysis and Development managers, plus application-operations specialists.
• Ensure development quality, release governance and support for critical applications.
• Define architecture and integration standards (APIs, services, data) and readiness for AI agents.
• Deploy AI across business analysis, development, QA and CI/CD, and measure gains.
• Embed cybersecurity at every stage of the lifecycle, in collaboration with the Director IT.
• Manage the portfolio budget (cloud, licences, AI, external resources) and optimize resource balance.

Your Day-to-Day Mission

Reporting to the VP IT, you lead all of Groupe Nordik's applications. That covers our in-house solutions (reservations, payments, loyalty, guest experience) and our ERP, CRM and HR enterprise platforms. You turn the technology vision into a concrete roadmap. You lead a multidisciplinary team (product ownership, business analysis, development and application operations), supported by external partners. You make AI a real lever to deliver faster and better, and you prepare our applications to integrate AI agents securely. Every day, you deliver reliable solutions that support the growth of our spas and our future hospitality services.

Your Contribution to the Team Will Include:

• Build and drive the application roadmap with the VP IT, setting quarterly priorities, owners and measurable outcomes
• Lead and develop the Product Ownership & Business Analysis and Development managers, as well as the application-operations specialists
• Turn business needs into solutions users adopt, with user acceptance testing (UAT), training and change support
• Ensure development quality, release governance and support for critical applications
• Manage the lifecycle of enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HR, E-commerce): evaluation, configuration, upgrades, integrations and vendor relationships
• Define the architecture and integration standards (APIs, services, data), including readiness of our applications to integrate AI agents
• Deploy AI across business analysis, development, QA and CI/CD, and measure the gains
• Embed cybersecurity at every stage of the application lifecycle, in collaboration with the Director IT
• Manage the portfolio budget (cloud, licences , AI, external resources) and optimize the balance between internal teams and partners

To Succeed in This Role, You Will:

• Hold a degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Bring progressive experience delivering business-critical applications, including managing managers or multidisciplinary technical teams
• Demonstrate concrete achievements in application modernization, systems integration and managing internal teams alongside external suppliers
• Have used AI to improve development, testing or delivery, with measurable results
• Be bilingual (French and English), spoken and written, at a professional level
• Asset: experience with transactional systems (reservations, payments, commerce), in hospitality, retail or multi-site operations, with ERP/CRM/HR platforms or with the EOS model
