You Will

  • Leverage cutting edge media buying expertise to drive best in class Paid Social results
  • Turn business problems into business solutions using data, automation, and statistics.
  • Question the status quo of our client's strategies and performance, and strive to deliver orders of magnitude gains via innovation
  • Leverage statistical principles and design tests to improve our understanding of how and why users interact with our ads and ultimately convert on our campaigns
  • Provide senior presence in all forms of client interaction with day-to-day managers
  • Responsibilities

  • Grow clients businesses by optimizing marketing campaigns across paid social platforms
  • Routinely conduct data analysis to uncover insights, inform campaign improvements, future media plans, and testing opportunities.
  • Develop strategic testing plans based on client goals to maximize both performance and learnings.
  • Package client ready campaign insights and reports, recommend actionable next steps that will improve performance and drive business results.
  • Ability to identify improvements in process and automation and collaborate across teams to implement program improvements.
  • Drive industry leading intelligence through the development of innovative A / B tests and experiments.
  • Think holistically as a marketer & learn to translate business needs into comprehensive media activations.
  • Train and develop junior team members to be best in class marketers
  • Experience Requirements

  • 6-10 years in a Social performance marketing role
  • Proficiency with emerging and leading industry Social Platforms
  • Facebook, Twitter, Snap, Pinterest, & TikTok)
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • BA / BS degree (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics a plus)
  • Demonstrated record of excelling in previous roles and responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Ability to thrive in a very fast paced environment.
  • BONUS EXP : Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, R, Python.
  • Experience with retail clients (ideally luxury or beauty related) highly preferred.

    What We Offer

    Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

    Salary Range$140,000—$170,000 CAD
