As a trusted advisor and chief integrator, the Director will establish the operating rhythms, performance management processes, and decision‑making frameworks that keep strategic initiatives on track. The role requires a highly collaborative leader who can influence across a complex global matrix, anticipate risks and dependencies, and bring teams together around shared objectives. In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in Canada, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive pay based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
