The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing large-scale shoring and deep foundation projects, with a strong career foundation in Project Management and/or Field Superintendence. This individual will be responsible for operational leadership, project delivery, resource planning, financial performance, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business growth through participation in project pursuits, tender reviews, estimating, bid preparation, and proposal development.
  • Lead field operations to ensure shoring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and field leadership to establish realistic schedules, monitor project budgets, allocate resources, and resolve operational challenges.
  • Partner with engineering teams, general contractors, subcontractors, and clients to develop practical solutions for complex ground conditions and shoring requirements.
  • Champion workplace health and safety by ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, company policies, and project-specific safety requirements.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to Superintendents, Supervisors, and field personnel while promoting accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Significant progressive experience within the shoring, deep foundations, geotechnical construction, or heavy civil infrastructure sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior Project Management, Superintendent, or operational leadership capacity overseeing complex shoring projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering multi-million-dollar construction projects while managing competing priorities, schedules, budgets, and operational requirements.
  • Strong people management and leadership capabilities, with experience directing multidisciplinary project teams and field operations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of shoring systems, geotechnical construction methodologies, engineering drawings, and construction sequencing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
