Are you ready to take on strategic challenges in a stimulating environment? This role places you at the heart of the Systematic Strategies and GDR team, where your expertise and creativity will drive the transformation of the segregated funds guarantee hedging program. You'll combine technical proficiency and strategic leadership to shape the future of a constantly evolving industry.

Depending on experience, the selected candidate may hold the title of Associate Director or Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and optimize the segregated funds guarantee hedging program to ensure outstanding performance.
  2. Develop and implement innovative dynamic hedging models that integrate financial, actuarial, and regulatory risks.
  3. Identify and propose novel solutions to enhance operations through advanced technological tools (Python, R, SQL, PowerBI).
  4. Analyze market trends and detect strategic opportunities to maximize the hedging program's impact.
  5. Deliver impactful presentations to key committees, such as investment and risk committees.
  6. Ensure strict compliance of procedures and controls with internal and external standards.
  7. Contribute to the development of new products and strategic projects within a fast-paced innovation environment.
  8. Review, design, and implement investment and hedging policies aligned with the Company's objectives.
  9. Actively collaborate on cross-sectoral projects to support corporate transformation and excellence.

Technical Expertise:

  1. Advanced experience in financial markets, including 5+ years in managing dynamic hedging programs.
  2. Degree in finance, accounting, actuarial science, economics, or related fields; professional certifications (CFA, FRM, etc.) are considered assets.
  3. Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, SQL, VBA) and expertise in complex derivative products.
  4. Familiarity with specialized tools like Pathwise, PowerBI, and Bloomberg (an advantage).
  5. Intermediate French level is essential, particularly for daily communication with team members and other internal partners.
