Job summary

Intercast Staffing Ltd. is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead a SecOps team across IAM, IR, VM, SOC, PAM and AppSec. The role emphasizes Azure with some AWS exposure, and a preference for candidates with financial or insurance experience.

Hybrid work with 1–2 days in the office per month. Location options include Toronto, Calgary or Vancouver, with full-time employment in Canada. The position offers remote flexibility where appropriate, and requires strong leadership and security

Qualifications

• Experience leading SecOps teams and managing security operations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security (Azure primarily, AWS a plus).
• Familiarity with IAM, IR, VM, SOC, PAM and application security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of SecOps: IAM, IR, VM, SOC, PAM, AppSec.
• Drive Azure focus with some AWS exposure.
• Preference for candidates with financial or insurance sector experience.
• Coordinate on-site presence 1–2 times per month.
