We’re searching for a Sales Director, Emerging Accounts to join our North America Sales team, so that we can drive exceptional business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across our Emerging Accounts. Reporting to the VP of Growth Segments, the Sales Director will lead a high-performing team of Relationship Representatives, build strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, and develop tailored solutions to transform patient care through innovative digital solutions.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Executing the Emerging account sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and operational excellence in the Emerging Accounts territory
  • Coaching and mentoring a sales team to develop talent and foster continuous improvement
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at healthcare organizations to support long-term strategic partnerships
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as product management, marketing, and technical experts, to a craft tailored SaaS platform solution for complex customer needs
  • Using data-driven approaches to manage the sales process, maintain CRM hygiene, and improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with proven success in achieving quota, ideally in the healthcare technology sector
  • 1-2 years of previous management experience preferred, with a passion for coaching and developing sales professionals
  • In-depth knowledge of the SaaS sales methodology, exposure or experience with Miller Heiman approach is an asset
  • Strong CRM skills including report and dashboard building, Salesforce experience is an asset
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare organizations, including hospital systems and provider networks, and their decision-making processes
  • Growth mindset, accountable, and motivated by team success
  • Sincere interest in transforming patient care through innovative digital solutions
  • A knack for working collaboratively and cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel occasionally within North America, approximately 10%
