As part of the Executive Leadership Team and reporting directly to the President/CEO, the Director - Sales and Marketing will be a key strategic driver in accelerating Adamson Systems Engineering’s global growth and market influence. This role will lead the sales and marketing function, championing go-to-market strategies that amplify brand presence, fuel demand generation, and deliver consistent revenue performance.
The Director will guide the development of high-impact campaigns, foster distributor and customer relationships, and translate market intelligence into actionable sales strategies. As we continue to innovate and expand globally, we are seeking a commercially astute, data-driven, and hands-on leader who can inspire high-performing teams, optimize commercial execution, and position Adamson as the brand of choice in every key market.
