Job description

Our Client : Leading Global Investment Firm Role Title : Director, Enterprise Risk Management The Director will support the SVP in overseeing and implementing enterprise risk management and ESG programs across a global portfolio.

  • Please note this role required being in-office, five days a week, downtown Toronto. Key responsibilities : Risk : Preparing high-level risk presentations and managing programs related to anti-bribery, internal controls, compliance, and governance, as well as supporting new acquisition integrations and business planning processes. Sustainability : Managing ESG data and KPIs, producing investor reports, tracking greenhouse gas emissions and health & safety incidents, and staying informed on evolving ESG regulations to guide portfolio companies in assessing and addressing climate-related risks. Requirements : CPA, CA designation Public accounting experience with a strong performance record At least 3 years of progressive experience, ideally in internal control Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrated leadership and team-oriented mindset Adaptability in fast-paced environments Intellectual curiosity and a self-starter attitude Experience or interest in ESG is beneficial
