A leading company in financial administration is seeking a Director of Risk and Compliance and Chief Risk Officer in Toronto. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and senior professional to join us as a Director of Risk and Compliance and CRO / CCO for Canada Advantage Trust of Canada (CATC).
A role you will love
This is a senior leadership role within the Global Risk Group at Computershare, forming part of the Second Line of Defence. This role is responsible for supporting, challenging, and overseeing the CATC Corporate Trust business in Canada, ensuring effective management of its risk profile and compliance with regulatory obligations. Additionally, this position will also support the Canada CRO / CCO with 2nd line oversight responsibilities for Computershare Canada, including maintaining positive relationships with regulators in the region.
