Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business or equivalent.
• 10+ years as a Senior Manager/Director within an IT environment.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian, US and EU regulatory guidelines.
• Experience with large enterprise systems for IT/OT across hosted, external, and SaaS models.

Responsibilities

• Develop global Digital Strategy aligned with business strategy.
• Drive adoption of digital leadership capabilities across the organization.
• Provide global strategy for practical, scalable, governance-enabled solutions.
• Protect information assets and technologies with governance controls.
• Reduce IT risks through enterprise-wide process improvements.
• Lead enterprise applications delivery teams to improve speed and quality.
• Balance information risks with business needs across GIS and leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships to meet organizational needs cost-effectively.
• Champion efficiency and resiliency within GIS across the company.
• Act as Agile Champion and enable high-performing teams.
