A leading Canadian financial institution is seeking a Director of Regional Partnerships for a 12-month contract. This role entails developing strategic partnerships and managing a team across Canada. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in business development and financial services, with strong leadership and bilingual capabilities. Team & Job Overview:
The Partnerships team is accountable for corporate & regional level relationship management, driving results through a win-win-win approach with domestic & international financial institutions (FI), private-equity firms, alternative lenders and other Private, Government and Association organizations. The team develops and executes corporate & regional level strategies, and channel tactics to maximize the business potential in support to Canadian Exporters. This is achieved by developing trusted partnerships and established networks with key internal/external stakeholders to optimize partner priorities with the goal to diversify EDC’s solution suite within the market.
