Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in GIS, property records, or land management.
• Strong understanding of acquisition and expropriation processes.
• Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership in defining business processes for the Real Property function.
• Work with IT teams to ensure systems are aligned with acquisition strategies.
• Lead a team to translate business needs into effective solutions.
