The Store Development Real Estate team is responsible for physical store growth and portfolio management through leasing activities & lease actions. Reporting to the SVP, Store Development, this role will oversee a team of real estate professionals managing over 200 stores across the US. Collaborating with the VP of Retail Operations West, they will develop the strategic, long-range market plan for the region. The Director will ensure timely sourcing of sites, lease negotiations, and support major capital projects, meeting financial and strategic goals. They will also resolve landlord negotiations effectively, maximizing value for the company. This leadership role involves developing future leaders and industry experts, with approximately 15-25% travel.

The typical salary range is $157,400 - 206,600 CAD annually, based on experience and location. This role requires in-person work, primarily onsite 4-5 days per week, as per our SSC Workplace Policy.
