Client Advisory & Relationship Management
  • Advise a diverse client base—including developers, investors, lenders, REITs, pension funds, corporate occupiers, and public sector clients—on strategy, transactions, valuations, financing, portfolio optimization, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Navigate clients through complex operational, financial, and strategic challenges related to real estate throughout the asset lifecycle.
  • Build, maintain, and deepen client relationships, demonstrating subject matter expertise and a consultative approach to problem-solving.
Operational Excellence & Systems Innovation
  • Conduct comprehensive operational gap analyses and systems assessments to identify enhancements in real estate management processes
  • Define and architect future state operational models and systems designs that align with client strategic goals
  • Oversee the successful testing, implementation, and post-go-live support of real estate technology solutions to ensure adoption and operational efficiency
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of real estate managed services, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and reliable solutions
Financial & Technical Expertise
  • Guide the build and review of sophisticated financial models, including discounted cash flow, development feasibility, investment scenarios, and portfolio analyses
  • Provide insights into valuation methodologies, risk assessments, and capital market trends
  • Support real estate transaction advisory services, including due diligence, data room coordination, and financial/commercial analysis
Team Leadership & Talent Development
  • Lead, mentor, and coach diverse teams to achieve high performance, fostering an inclusive culture that values different perspectives and continuous learning
  • Provide ongoing constructive feedback and professional development opportunities for team members at various levels
  • Champion collaboration across PwC’s national and global network, sharing technical knowledge and best practices

  • Contribute to and lead thought leadership initiatives, market research, and innovation programs relevant to the real estate industry
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends including ESG, sustainability, digital transformation, and regulatory developments to inform client solutions and PwC practice evolution
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Integration
  • Work closely with other PwC lines of service (Deals, Consulting, Tax, etc.) to identify and secure integrated solutions for clients.
  • Participate in real assets and restructuring projects that include real estate components, supporting PwC’s broader deal ecosystem.
What You’ll Bring
  • University degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Urban Planning, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
  • Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in real estate advisory, asset management, valuation, development, financing, or transaction advisory, ideally within professional services or investment environments
  • Proven track record of leading complex client engagements and driving business growth
  • Strong financial and technical skills, including expertise in real estate financial modelling, valuation, and related software (ARGUS Enterprise preferred)
  • Experience with operational managed services, system implementations, and process improvement in real estate contexts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering quality results on time
