Job description

Infini Health is on a mission to redefine healthcare by delivering exceptional, integrated, and holistic care to everyone. Infini is seeking a visionary, driven, and dynamic Director of Operations to support scaling our operations, driving sustainable growth, and contributing to a high-performing, team-centric organizational culture.

Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Leadership: Oversee and manage the Operations Management team to ensure dependable, outcome-focused leadership across all clinic locations. Collaborate with Clinic Managers and Physicians to implement SOPs, clinical protocols, referral systems, and workflow improvements.
  2. Strategic Partnerships and Innovation: Develop special programs in AI, biotechnology, and international partnerships. Work with marketing to promote key service lines and online presence.
  3. Performance Management: Lead performance reviews, coaching, and mentorship for clinical and operational staff, fostering continuous learning and high performance.
  4. Financial Oversight: Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and cost management to optimize financial performance.
  5. Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation, and privacy laws. Drive quality improvement initiatives and oversee data security and risk management.
  6. Research and Data Infrastructure: Support development of research capabilities, utilize clinical data systems to improve care delivery, and develop real-time dashboards for operational insights.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA or MHA preferred.
  • 5-10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably in private clinics, surgical centers, or multidisciplinary care teams.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks, PACS systems, and healthcare data tools.
  • Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and quality patient care.
Additional Details:

This role requires standard business hours, with extended hours during peak periods, and occasional travel to clinic locations and partner sites. Flexibility and autonomy are key, with performance tied to strategic and operational outcomes.
