The Director will oversee a team that delivers property services and maintenance support to a large portfolio of properties, ensuring buildings are safe, well-maintained, and support the evolving needs of residents. The Director will coordinate staff and contractors to align daily operations, prioritize resident communication, and contribute to smooth site management.
