Job summary

Synopsys, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Engineering Manager to lead a team delivering Mixed-Signal IP and semiconductor development projects on scope, schedule, and quality.

You will track portfolio performance across multiple concurrent projects, identify risks, and guide course corrections to ensure customer commitments are met. You will collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IP Program Management teams to align execution with pre- and post-sales delivery,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project/ program management in semiconductor or mixed-signal contexts.
• Proven track record leading teams of project managers delivering complex projects.
• Experience managing customer expectations and strategic risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of project engineering managers delivering Mixed-Signal IP projects on scope, schedule, and quality.
• Track portfolio performance across concurrent projects and identify risks.
• Monitor project health in real time and guide course-corrections.
• Communicate status and risks to senior management with clarity.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IP Program Management teams.
• Drive process innovation to improve efficiency and predictability.
• Support customer interactions and represent project execution when needed.
