The Opportunity
The Ministry of Highways is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking leader to join the Corporate Services Branch asDirector, Program Support. Reporting to the Executive Director, this pivotal role provides strategic leadership in the development and implementation of administrative policies, training programs, and employee development initiatives across the ministry.
As Director, you will lead a province-wide team that delivers essential human resource and financial support services to all ministry divisions. You will also oversee a team dedicated to advancing a strategic, ministry-wide approach to learning and development.
