Bell is seeking a Director, Professional Services for CCaaS in Mississauga, Ontario. You will lead Bell’s CCaaS Professional Services practice, driving digital transformation for enterprise customers and delivering AI-powered contact center solutions.

Responsibilities include growing the enterprise CCaaS customer base through delivery excellence and proactive account management, shaping the transformation roadmap, and partnering with vendors and internal teams to move fast.

Qualifications

• Experience wrangling budgets, schedules and risk mitigation for large programs.
• Proven track record of improving processes across large-scale environments.
• Familiarity with CCaaS or similar contact-center platforms.
• For Quebec roles, French knowledge is required.
