ROSS is an innovative leader in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), HR Technology, Recruitment and HR Professional Services. We’re a company of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their Business Growth.

The Director, Professional Services is responsible for the recruiting, management, and career development of production consulting staff, ensuring quality service delivery in all consulting engagements, and revenue growth of new services and license business opportunities.

Job Duties (include but not limited to):

  1. Meet professional services revenue and profit quotas while managing P&L
  2. Provide support, both tactical and strategic, in achieving district product sales quota
  3. Manage production resources
  4. Promote production and presales best practices and knowledge sharing
  5. Responsible for recruiting and growth of the consulting organization
  6. Responsible for staff/account management, prioritization, and forecasting
  7. Support and implement corporate initiatives
  8. Develop and maintain world-class consulting processes and personnel
  9. Provide delivery management to ensure customer satisfaction
  10. Interact with Production Consultants, Directors, Sales Staff & Management, Technology, Product Management, Technical Services

Job Requirements:

  1. 5-10 years of consulting and consulting management experience
  2. 2-4 years experience managing all aspects of a services business including P&L management experience
  3. Demonstrated ability to grow and manage the technical personnel and processes associated with enterprise software sales
  4. Ability to excel in a team environment
  5. Demonstrated creative problem-solving ability
  6. Effective oral, presentation, and written communication skills
