Job description

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by

Are you actively looking for a new opportunity? Or just checking the market? Well… you might just be in the right place!

We're looking for a Director, Business Operations to join our Product & Technology Operations team. Business Operations is responsible for the management system that enables Product, Engineering, and Design to operate as one organization. In this role, you'll design, evolve, and operate the planning processes, operating mechanisms, executive cadences, and business insights that help leaders make better decisions, align investments, and improve business outcomes.

This is not a role for someone who simply runs existing processes. We're looking for someone who enjoys building better ways of working, leading organizations through change, and continuously improving how Product & Technology operates.

What you'll be doing

Shape the Product & Technology operating system

  • Design and continuously improve annual and quarterly planning processes that drive better decisions, clearer priorities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Build and evolve executive operating mechanisms, including portfolio reviews, business reviews, and leadership cadences, that create accountability and accelerate decision making.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve how Product, Engineering, and Design operate together.

Drive planning, insights, and business performance

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design leaders to translate strategy into investment plans, measurable outcomes, and portfolio visibility.
  • Develop executive dashboards and business insights that connect investments to customer value, execution progress, and business performance.
  • Partner with Finance to strengthen financial planning, budgeting, workforce planning, and investment transparency.

Build enterprise partnerships

  • Establish strong operating relationships with Finance, GTM, People, Legal, Corporate Communications, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Create effective planning interlocks and feedback loops that improve alignment, transparency, and execution across the company.
  • Help Product & Technology clearly communicate where it is investing, why those investments matter, and the outcomes being delivered.

Lead the function

  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing Business Operations team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, and operational excellence.
What you need to bring
  • Experience designing or significantly evolving operating models, planning processes, or business operating mechanisms.
  • Experience leading organizations through operational change.
  • Experience building executive operating rhythms that drive decisions.
  • Experience connecting strategy, portfolio planning, financial planning, and workforce planning.
  • Strong executive communication and business insight skills.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted cross-functional partnerships.
  • As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.

Be a changemaker

You’ll enjoy:

  • A flexible work environment that empowers you to do your best work
  • A culture that celebrates performance
  • The chance to make an impact in a team that’s big enough for career growth, but lean enough to make your voice heard
  • Career-defining opportunities

Plus benefits designed to keep you happy, healthy and fulfilled.

  • Flexible paid time off and remote work policies
  • Equity options, because this is your company too
  • Contributions to your pension plan. Your future matters
  • Training opportunities to grow your skills and career
  • Health and wellness credit so you feel your best
  • Time off to volunteer and give back to your community
  • Interest groups, employee led networks, social committees to sponsored sports teams
  • Computer purchase program to get your personal Macbook
  • Enhanced parental leave to support growing families
