We're looking for a Director, Business Operations to join our Product & Technology Operations team. Business Operations is responsible for the management system that enables Product, Engineering, and Design to operate as one organization. In this role, you'll design, evolve, and operate the planning processes, operating mechanisms, executive cadences, and business insights that help leaders make better decisions, align investments, and improve business outcomes. This is not a role for someone who simply runs existing processes. We're looking for someone who enjoys building better ways of working, leading organizations through change, and continuously improving how Product & Technology operates.
