Job description

Job Description

This role unifies business development leadership with product and portfolio strategy ownership, ensuring that Quantum space growth initiatives are tightly connected to customer needs, differentiated offerings, and accelerated New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI).

The position owns end‑to‑end growth execution—from market and customer discovery, strategic partnerships, business case development, and pipeline creation, through offering strategy, commercialization, and global go‑to‑market execution. The role operates at the intersection of sales, product, engineering, and strategy, influencing both near‑term revenue growth and long‑term portfolio investment decisions. With significant exposure to senior leadership and high strategic visibility, this position offers exceptional potential for top performers to advance into broader leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Business Development, Strategy & Market Growth Leadership
  • Lead and evolve Quantum business development across Europe and North America, identifying high‑impact opportunities and building strategic partnerships to unlock new revenue streams.
  • Lead strategic discussions that translate customer priorities into scalable solutions, differentiated value propositions, and long‑term partnerships.
  • Drive net‑new customer acquisition and market penetration by developing targeted strategies, value propositions, and structured playbooks for priority accounts.
  • Own deal‑shaping strategies, including solution bundling, pricing frameworks, and partnership models to maximize business impact and margin.
  • Evaluate and execute geographic expansion strategies, assessing market, regulatory, and commercial readiness across key European regions and North America.
  • Lead greenfield and innovation initiatives by validating emerging technologies, conducting market and feasibility assessments, and incubating pilot programs to scale next‑generation concepts.
Product & Portfolio Strategy (NPI / NPD Integration)
  • Shape the Quantum Space portfolio strategy to ensure commercial offerings are aligned with market demand, customer workflows, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive customer discovery and market insights to inform investment priorities and offering roadmaps.
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and R&D to guide new product development, new product introduction, feature prioritization, and lifecycle management.
  • Own or influence business cases, ROI models, and financial justification for portfolio investments.
  • Ensure rapid commercialization, launch readiness, and market adoption of new offerings globally.
Qualifications

The annual base salary range for this position is $200,000‑250,000 in Ontario. This salary information is a general guideline; Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, and market and business considerations. The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP and CSP security clearance.
