Responsibilities

• Drive development of identity risk AI/ML models for digital commerce, including partnerships with cross-functional teams.
• Translate market needs into AI model requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Data Science to evaluate and prioritize model features and data sources.
• Manage engineering work related to modeling.
• Analyze model performance and identify improvements.
• Define and monitor success metrics.
• Ensure smooth transition of models from development to operational phases.
• Develop go-to-market plans for model updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in product conceptualization, design, commercialization, or data science; product management or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of authentication, risk, or fraud AI/ML models, e-commerce, security technologies.
• Understanding of payments and processing technologies.
• Technical skills with APIs, databases, data applications.
• Proven ability to achieve business objectives and build relationships.
• Experience translating customer feedback into product development.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA helpful.
