What You’ll Be Doing

You will be joining the Capital Markets Technology team, specifically within the Alternate Solutions Group. You will be responsible for leading internal documentation practices, analyzing and improving processes, while collaborating with various cross functional teams. You will provide technical process engineering leadership, project workstream leadership and mentoring. You will be the business unit leadership in the development and execution of process engineering and re-engineering projects.

Y ou’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 2-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Problem Solving Expertise - Plan, support and provide training and coaching in Process Engineering and other improvement methodologies to executives, process owners, process engineers, associates and others. Teach process engineers and associates in all or in specific aspects of process engineering and other improvement methodologies.
  • Leadership - Identify and work to remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful attainment of process / productivity improvement and administrative efficiency that will lead to cost reduction and competitive advantage. Provide active and aggressive leadership in problem solving efforts on key projects to improve customer satisfaction and cycle time and to reduce costs.
  • Deliver Results - Drive process-engineering effort across the company to meet annual productivity targets while fostering a process engineering culture change. Act as a proactive strategic resource to business by identifying, planning and implementing process engineering and other improvement strategies and projects with senior leadership. Drive and track projects to successful completion. Provide management with project status updates, feedback and appropriate reporting on key, process-focused objectives.

Who You Are

  • You can demonstrate experience with 5+ years of experience in leading major transformation initiatives across a financial servcie institution or equivalent experience in management consulting environment. You have experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross functional teams.
  • You have a degree/diploma in Computer Science, and/or a related field.
