This leadership role is vital in guiding the school's educational excellence, operational efficiency, and team development. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality early childhood education, managing budgets, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and children. Your leadership will help shape the future of young learners while maintaining the school's mission of supporting age-appropriate learning and development.
Oversee daily school operations, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and health and safety protocols. Develop and manage budgets effectively to support program quality and operational needs. Implement strategies for staff recruitment, training, mentorship, and professional growth. Foster strong relationships with families to promote community engagement and satisfaction. Maintain a positive, inclusive school culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement skills

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
